What are the alternate ways of refund?
You can either get back the refundable amount or if you want we can also adjust the amount in your next tour.
How much time it takes for refund?
There is no exact time limit.
Would any cancellation charges apply and how much?
The cancellation charges differ as per hotel terms and conditions.
Would I get refund if I cancel tour after making the full payment?
You would get refund if cancellation done due to some genuine reason but cancellation charges of respective hotels would apply.
What happens if I cancel the tour after making some advance payment?
You will get the refund but hotel cancellation charges would apply as per hotel policy. Also you can refer our cancellation policy for more details.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
You can contact us by email or phone for any cancellation and amendment.
What is the mode of payment for your agency?
You can make the payment with cheque, NEFT, Credit Card/Debit Card, RTGS.
What is the payment structure?
After the booking planned, you need to deposit 25% advance payment for confirming the bookings and you need to make the complete payment before around 30 days of your date of tour.
Can you suggest our own meal preference?
Yes we make the booking as per client preference of meal, except in some destinations the meal plans are fixed.
We are 10 no of PAX, which vehicle you suggest?
As you are 10 persons we would suggest you tempo traveler or if you want you can also have 2 tavera/Innova.
Do you provide all type of vehicle?
Depending on number of persons in a group we provide best vehicle for comfortable travel.
Which are better, hotels in outskirts or in town hotels?
Selection of area of hotel depends on your preference and also locality and distances of tourist places from the hotel. Normally all good and rich resorts are situated in outskirts.
Do you provide us any hotel on our suggestion or preference?
Yes you can give your preference or choice of hotel. We have contracted rates for all types of hotels. We will check the availability and confirm the booking as per your choice with best rates.
Do you provide all type of hotel categories?
We do make confirmations with all type of hotel category depending on your budget or as per your requirements.
What is the booking procedure?
For booking you need to contact us and discuss your requirement or preference with our executives and we will make the hotels, transportation and tickets confirmation accordingly.
How early / late do I need to book for the tour?
You can make the booking at any day before your traveling date but confirmation depends on the availability of rooms in the hotel. As early you book you get the benefit of discounted rates in hotels as well as air or train tickets and availability in your desired hotels.
What are the details or documents we need to carry at time of C/I?
At time of check-in, for Indian clients there should be photo identity proof issued by government for all passengers. For NRI clients every person should carry their photo id proof along with passport. Also you need to carry the hotel vouchers provided by us to the hotel.
We are 2 adults + 2 children, how will we accommodate?
If any of the 2 is below 12 of age then you can take one extra bed and one child can accommodate with the same dbl bed. And if both are adults we would suggest you to take another room as 2 extra beds in a room could make the room congested.
We have infant travelling with us; will we get all the facilities required?
On request you will be provided with every necessity for an infant.
There is a senior citizen with us; would the tour be fully comfortable for them?
We do provide all kind of assistance in hotel and as we provide individual vehicle to every family, and also most of the hotels we deal with provide drive-in facility making the tour fully comfortable.
If we are odd in number of persons, so we should take extra bed or another room?
As per your budget you can have either extra bed or another room. Suggesting answer for this also depends on the rate of room or extra bed of a hotel.
Is there any minimum or maximum no of persons mandatory for package?
No. Number of persons is not an issue. You can travel as minimum single person to maximum any number of people in a group.
We stay out of Gujarat. What should be the starting date of tour as per flight /train availability?
You can give any date with your preference we will check the availability and adjust for the dates accordingly.
Our budget is less and we want to cover maximum places in a Himachal, so which package would be best for me?
We have 5 packages for Himachal so as per your budget and time limit you can select the package with minimum no of days and if possible can go for off season dates.
