Documents required for obtaining Indian passport (original)
- Photograph – 1 (For minor below Age 4) - 10 photos (white background & dark dress, size 3.5cm width x 4.5 cm length)
- Birth Certificate (Mandatory for applicants Date of Birth after 26/01/1989)
- School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate
- Current or previous Passport, if any
- 10th or 12th Mark sheet OR Degree Certificate
- School / college Bonafide Certificate / I. Card
- School/college Bonafide Certificate, address proof for students staying outside home place for study purpose
- Marriage Certificate / Annexure - D
- Spouse Passport copy [Photo – Visa – Last Arrival & Departure Date Pages]
- Passports and Marriage Certificate of parents (for minors under the age of 18 years)
- If Govt. Job [NOC & I. Card]
- If Retired Govt. Job [ Pension Book / Pension Card / Retirement Letter]
- Election ID card
- Aadhar Card
- PAN Card with letter
- Driving license
- Ration card
- Bank passbook/Statement
- Mobile bill, Gas bill (latest and 1 year old)
- Electricity - Telephone bills (latest and 1 year old)
- House property tax bills (latest and 1 year old)
- Society Letter / Allotment Letter / Possession Letter / House Index
- Registered Rent Agreement [Latest & 1 year old] – If Applicable
